About us
Weston Homes have a highly regarded reputation for the construction of superb properties with a diverse product ranging from starter homes through to luxury high rise apartment complexes.
We encompass a wide variety of projects within our portfolio including traditional new build schemes, listed buildings refurbishment, conversions and construction of high quality commercial properties. We are dedicated to the protection of the environment therefore we build exclusively on brown-field locations.
We have had 13 successive years of record profits and expansions. Our listing in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100 list on a number of occasions highlights the financial strength and wellbeing of our company.
We have a current workforce of 176 employees, mostly based in Takeley, Essex, close to Stansted airport, at our state of the art headquarters, which is a good example of a commercial property which we have both designed and built.
We are an Investor in People accredited company and have this year been listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for, both of the awards reflects our strong commitment to training and developing our workforce. We have a Graduate Training Scheme and a CareerStart training scheme both of which are aimed at attracting talented young people into Careers in Construction and developing and growing in house talent to meet the demands of our long term expansion plans.
