Who We Are
Stace is a forward thinking and progressive multi-disciplinary consultancy with a history of nearly 100 years. Expert advice and a multi-skilled team of around 200 are the core strengths of our consultancy. We aim to continually provide services that exceed our clients’ expectations, to enhance our reputation and to help further our resources and expertise.
We have a proven track record in supporting staff through recognised formal qualifications, a below average labour turnover, and an above average level of female and ethnic minority staff. At Stace, we can genuinely say we consider people to be our greatest asset; and we believe in looking after our assets.
Three Offices Across The UK
We have three offices located strategically throughout the country in Epping, London and Leeds, giving us the advantage of being close to our clients.

Over the past two decades Stace has diversified from a quantity surveying practice into a multi-disciplinary organisation with the expertise and specialist knowledge to provide a wide range of services of the highest quality to the construction industry.
Our diverse range of services include, amongst others: Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Health & Safety and Management Consultancy.

Involvement on Numerous Award Winning Projects
Many of our projects have also won awards over the years including the Whitehall residential development, a luxury apartment block in Leeds City Centre, which won a Design Award presented by Leeds City Council, and the Chafford Hundred Campus, a mixed use project for Thurrock Council, comprising of educational, community and sports facilities, which won a the Civic Trust Award ‘Centre Vision Award’.
