Sogol Architects is an established design–led architecture studio, a practice formed to design elegant and modern solutions for all of our projects, at the same time not forgetting the need for both economic and sustainable solutions.
We are committed to design and love making buildings.
Sogol was established in 1988, and has since built up expertise in a broad spectrum of sectors, ranging from education projects, residential (public and private), live/work units, retail and leisure (including shops, restaurants, clubs and art galleries), to places of worship, both in the UK and abroad. The practice is also on Kent County Council’s framework agreement and is currently developing innovative educational and housing projects.
Sogol aims to maximise opportunities for our clients, which is best achieved through close collaboration and dialogue with the end user. We believe that if it is possible to “do a thing” at all, it is worth doing it well.
Each design is led by a Project Architect, and reviewed by the team to ensure that the client receives the practice’s full breadth of expertise. The team is experienced in analysing the differing attitudes and requirements of different end users of each project. We are also experienced in developing detailed analysis of stakeholder structures in terms of profile and expectations as a project progresses.
The in-house design teams are backed up by long standing relationships with leading, internationally renowned construction industry consultants, with whom we form the appropriate multi-disciplinary teams. From the outset of every project, we aim to ensure that a creative and integrated solution is generated, as well as to deliver effective cost management services, which respond to specific client and project needs, and which limit risk, control cost and represent value for money.
The creativity and cohesion of the whole design team brings to each project an extra energy that is reflected in the quality of Sogol Architects buildings.
