Shape was established in 2014 by a team of professional Architectural designers. Each of us has an in depth knowledge base and relevant experience regarding our industry. We are all passionate about creative design and recognise talented designers. We strive to find and meet the best designers to ensure that the design industry is presented with the most talented of candidates for their positions.
At Shape we know from experience that recruitment in the design sector is not simply finding anyone for a specific role.
We believe that designers with specialist skills and experience should be identified and fostered for the appropriate position.
