Savills Vietnam is the leading provider of property related services in Viet Nam offering a complete range of professional property services nationally to major corporations, investors, developers and government entities, as well as independent advice to both owners and tenants of residential, retail, commercial, industrial, hospitality and special purpose property.
Having established a representative office in Viet Nam in 1995, the company was granted a 100% foreign owned business license in October 1998. This was the first license granted in Viet Nam for a complete range of consulting services and demonstrates our long-term commitment and acceptance by the Vietnamese Government.
Savills Vietnam now has around 250 staff located throughout Viet Nam with offices in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and in the Saigon South new city centre. We have maintained continuous research records for the past 12 years and are property managers for 30 of Viet Nam’s largest and most prestigious buildings. We have delivered training to the Government, seminars to the business community and have regularly contributed to the local and international press for over 12 years. Savills Vietnam Ltd. is the only international firm of real estate consultants with a long term presence in Viet Nam. We are the recognized voice of professional real estate opinion in Viet Nam.
