What is Rose Project Services?
Rose Project Services is a professional property consultancy providing project management building consultancy services.
UK-based, with offices in three UK cities, the company also has extensive experience of managing and monitoring overseas projects. Rose also has an office in Madrid and associate offices in a further eight European cities.
Rose is a small to medium sized company: it plans to grow steadily over the next two to three years, to approximately 100 people in total.
What sort of projects does Rose handle?
The variety of projects is substantial, from planned and preventative maintenance work to international ‘leisure villages’. Our experience lies principally in the offices, leisure, retail and public sectors, in projects with a value of up to circa £60 million.
What is Rose especially good at?
Rose will accept a higher degree of overall responsibility than most companies and has the experience and intellectual ability to deliver the desired outcomes of each customer in a straightforward, efficient manner.
Our most loyal customers are those that have relatively complex requirements and demand a high degree of involvement. They want us to be able to look at situations from their point of view - and then to say what we think.
