Overbury is a true fit out specialist. In the past five years alone the company has acted as main contractor on more than 1,000 specialist fit out or light refurbishment projects worth around £1bn.
As a traditional main contractor Overbury is frequently appointed to carry out projects under lump sum, two stage, negotiated or framework agreements. Our work extends to detail and build, but not design and build projects.
Overbury is set up to handle work ranging from small change and churn of a few thousand pounds to one off projects and framework arrangements, this includes large scale projects valued up to £40m.
The company offers national coverage through three main offices located in Bracknell, London and Manchester.
