With 40 years experience the MLM Group has three operating companies; Consulting Engineers, Environmental and Building Control. Between them we are able to offer a complete engineering and building control consultancy package to clients in both the private and public sector.
MLM Consulting Engineers have been established for over 40 years and offers a complete civil, structural and building services engineering consultancy to all our clients in both the private and public sector. Our experience in building and infrastructure schemes, our network of offices and our committed and professional teams give us the ability to facilitate a wide range of clients' requirements from feasibility through design to site supervision of the works.
MLM Environmental is a quality assured engineering and environmental sciences consultancy providing advice, cost effective solutions and expertise for the natural and built environment. We have a multidisciplinary team of geotechnical engineers, environmental scientists, civil engineers and waste management experts with the experience to deal with a wide range of complex problems and issues.
MLM Building Control is a Corporate Approved Inspector licensed by the Government to provide statutory Building Control. This includes the issue of all necessary documentation, as an alternative to using the local authority. Our services are particularly attractive to clients seeking a fast responsive service or to those clients’ having to deal with several local authorities. Contract conditions include ‘due care and diligence’ unlike for local authorities.
Working on a national basis we are one of the largest regionally based consulting engineering practices with offices at Ipswich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Norwich, Ashford and London. All of our offices are continually expanding in line with the growth of the company.
