Services
Cube provides a full range of project and cost consultancy services. We employ construction professionals including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Planning Supervisors and Construction Managers within our team.
Project Management
We provide a full project and construction management service, from the conceptual stage through to the completion and occupation of the building. Our experienced project teams will guide the client and consultants through the process of establishing the clients requirements and the process of delivering the brief.
Employer’s Agent
As the client’s representative, Cube are experts at delivering the client’s brief and co-coordinating all parties to ensure that the brief is met through to issue of final closing out documentation.
Quantity Surveying
Cube undertake all aspects of Pre and Post contract surveying services including budget and detailed Cost Estimating, Cost Planning, Contract Documentation, Cost Forecasting and Final Account Reconciliation.
Planning Supervision
We perform the role of Planning Supervisor, implementing the Health and Safety requirements of the construction, design and management regulations from the initial inspection of a project through to compilation of the Health and Safety file.
