Corderoy operates at the cutting edge of commercial management and cost consultancy. Founded over 200 years ago we have grown into an international practice, providing financial and contractual services on some of the most technically demanding projects worldwide. Every day we add significant value to the activities of our clients on highways, building, energy, defence, rail and utilities schemes.
The Practice was founded in 1780 by Thomas West and George Corderoy. They worked together for several years, particularly on a modernization at Windsor Castle. In 1907 George Corderoy & Company was established. The firm now employs 250 staff operating from ten UK offices and overseas.
   
Our services encompass construction procurement, cost planning, risk analysis, cost management, financial monitoring, tender documentation, report writing, project monitoring, auditing, arbitration and litigation, dispute management and commercial management.
We are in an exciting period of growth and seek to recruit high calibre, career-minded individuals to join us in our continued success. We have a diverse and ever-expanding project portfolio with recent past projects including the M6 Toll Road, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, decommissioning of nuclear power stations nationwide, the Jubilee Line Extension and Manchester’s Metrolink.
