Castleoak Care Partnerships is a highly successful company which specialises in the design and construction of care homes and other supported accommodation for older people. We have completed over 5000 bed spaces in purpose-built accommodation since 1987. We have an outstanding reputation delivering quality projects on time and within budget by working in partnership with our customers, incorporating modern methods of construction and sustainable solutions for mutual benefit.
In 2005 we were rated no. 4 in the Sunday Times 100 best small companies to work for and also achieved Investors in People accreditation.
We offer excellent rewards and conditions, including a generous profit related pay bonus scheme, and we look to employ first class people. Our head office is in Cardiff, but we work throughout England and Wales. We currently employ 65 people but are recruiting to accommodate a strong current and forward order book. Our turnover is set to top £40m in 2006.
