Senior Project Manager – London
This niche project & property advisory consultancy with offices in the UK and overseas are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into their expanding London team.
With a client base spanning owners and occupiers across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, hotels, logistics & advanced technology.
One of the key areas you will be involved with early on is the establishing the platform and infrastructure for a driverless car roll out to include technical due diligence across the portfolio, the parking sites, charging facilities, service centres etc. Some logistics and industrial experience would be beneficial but by no means essential as this is more about finding the right character for the company than core sector experience.
As they expand sectors and new markets this is a great time to become a key player in the business. You should be comfortable leading client relationships; managing stakeholders confidently; driving programmes and delivery; managing consultants and contractors; identifying and resolving issues proactively and operating independently within a fast-moving environment
