Leading independent development, project and cost management consultancy providing expert delivery services across the real estate sector are looking for an experienced Cost Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for clients.

The role will involve responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects and the development of long-term client relationships.

You must have proven experience working on hotel and/or PBSA schemes; refurbs, conversions or new builds.

You will work with high-profile clients on leading projects across the sector, while playing a key role in strengthening the company’s market position.
