This leading National Developer is looking for a Project Manager to work on a large mixed-use redevelopment of an old office block in Guildford comprising 366 student beds, of which there are 105 studios and 261 en-suite rooms as well as over 684 square metres of flexible ground-floor commercial space for local businesses or flexible working.
