This leading built asset consultancy are looking for an Associate Project Manager in the West & Wales region to lead, grow and develop Project Management as a service in Wales.
The role will focus on delivering projects across a range of real estate sectors including but not limited to commercial office, residential and education for private and public sector clients, key account management, and leadership across people, projects and business.
You will have demonstrable experience as a key account manager including developing client accounts and business development.
You will be degree-qualified in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field with a professional Chartered qualification (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM).
