Project Engineer

Project Engineer - Large Groundwork Site We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer to oversee and manage an exciting large groundwork project based in Plymouth city centre.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and drive the successful execution of a complex, high-profile site within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the groundwork project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of site operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and the project team to deliver project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot challenges on-site and provide innovative solutions to drive efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain clear communication with all parties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project engineering, ideally within large groundwork or civil engineering projects. Especially in Tier 1 companies.
• Experience in site engineering and site setting out.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
