Interim Fire Risk Surveyor - Team Lead

Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Risk Assessor who would be interested in progressing into a team leader position, overseeing fire risk survey programmes across 9,000 homes. This role is initially interim with the potential to become permanent. However, an immediate permanent post may also be considered. You will lead and manage fire risk assessment programmes, as well as conduct detailed fire risk surveys and assessments. Your role will involve the preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports on fire risk findings and recommendations, offering expert guidance and input on fire safety issues to staff and residents.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in fire risk assessment and management.
• Excellent knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• An FRA qualification at a minimum of L3.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a daily rate for this role, of between £400 and £450 per day dependent on experience and qualifications - if you progress to a permanent position immediately, a salary will be presented. Hybrid working options are available, offering a combination of working from home with site visits.
