Interim Building Surveyor - Somerset

Your new company
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Building Surveyor to join an ambitious team for a six-month contract, with a high possibility of extension or opportunity to progress into a permanent position. Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you will conduct detailed building surveys and assessments, oversee and manage refurbishments and re-propose projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a building surveying role, preferably on the client-side.
• Excellent knowledge of building regulations and standards.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Relevant qualifications either in building surveying or construction.
