Your new role
You will play a lead role in ensuring that all properties within the portfolio comply with relevant regulations and standards, contributing to the safety and well-being of the community. You will oversee and manage compliance with property regulations and standards, conduct inspections and audits of properties, and help to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. As part of this role, you will need to prepare detailed reports on compliance status and recommend corrective actions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in property compliance management, preferably within the public sector.
• Excellent knowledge of property regulations and standards.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
