Your new companyA leading construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects across the UK is currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to oversee a high-value student accomodation project in Edinburgh. Their commitment to excellence and innovation has established them as a trusted name in the industry.
Your new roleAs a Fit Out Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.You will manage and coordinate internal packages, including joinery, bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring .* Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality control measures.* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of external works.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
