This role will see you managing projects across the North East, ensuring top-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Position:Operations Manager - Commercial Construction (Refurbishments & Fit-Outs)

Location:Darlington (Projects across the North East)

Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)
Benefits:Pensions, Holidays, Travel Expenses and other additional benefits to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple refurbishment and fit out projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management or being able to display the relevant skills within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
