Job Details

Your new company
Join a leading provider of facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners - we are seeking a Project Manager to join an ambitious team in the Southwest on a permanent basis. As a professional project manager, you will be joining an organisation who put customers and families first, driving forward improvements to ensure that the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or major projects, is completed safely and on time.
Open, Caring, Agile, and Collaborative - these values are at the heart of everything you do.

Your new role
Lead the way in a Project Manager role!
Are you ready to take charge of multiple impactful projects, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? - In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, leading from start to finish, working closely with supply chain teams, local representatives, and site managers to align priorities and ensure high quality project outcomes. You will manage costs, performance indicators, review risk assessments, and ensure that all work aligns with statutory obligations. You will cover seven sites across the Plymouth region, projects including refurbishments to medical centres, training facilities, accommodation, and more.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in supervising staff in a cradle-to-grave project environment - managing stakeholders, controlling costs, and overseeing safe systems of work. Your expertise in planning, directing, and controlling activities will ensure proactive performance management and effective problem-solving. You'll need to hold an HND-level qualification.

What you'll get in return
You will join an employer who is committed to fostering professional growth. You will stay at the forefront of industry advancements whilst working on projects that make a real difference. In addition to a salary of £50,000 you will have access to a 6% employee matched pension contribution, private medical cover, a company car or car allowance and more.
