Senior Site Manager - Tier 1 Main Contractor

Your new company
A successful Tier 1 Contractor working across the South East & Kent now seek an experienced Senior Site manager to bolster the current team to assist with the continuing expansion into Kent and specifically to work on 1 of 3 newly awarded contracts. Projects vary but are typically commercial new-build education schemes in the £10 - 20 Mill range. Recent project examples include a £15 mill new-build School Extension in East Kent and a new-build £6 mill community centre in North Kent.

Your new role
As Senior Site manager, you will be part of a larger team reporting to a senior Pm and managing a phase of works with the help of your own team. You will be directly responsible for your building including SHE, subcontract management, short-term programming, quality control, fortnightly reporting and motivating/directing your team.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site or senior site manager with a strong background of delivering £10Mill_ + schemes with a main contractor. You will hold valid First Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications and ideally a formal Construction application. This is a permanent role based in the Kent are for the foreseeable,
