Assistant Quantity Surveyor
£30,000 - 32,000 per annum
Leamington Spa
An assistant level Quantity Surveyor is required by the UK arm of a leading International Property Consultancy to be based out of their office in Leamington Spa.
You will ideally have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, or may have recently graduated or currently be working while completing your degree on a day-release basis.
This is an office-based role to provide support to Commercial Managers and Project Managers in the preparation of tender documents, budgets/estimates, cost reports etc.
They work across the F&B and Leisure sectors mostly so projects are fast paced and dynamic.
You will have a UK driving licence.
