Property Manager

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working alongside our Birmingham City Centre client in recruiting a Property Manager to join their property team on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 months. This role will pay up to £400 per day inside IR35.


Your new role
Your role will ensure the effective management of properties of a public sector body, with strong focus on acquisition and disposal of assets. You will also manage the property interests to include lease renewals, service level agreements, L&T tec.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will ideally be a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS, and should have strong property management experience within the public sector. You will have strong acquisitions and disposals experience alongside L&T.

Applicants should also be available immediately or on a short notice period (ideally 2 weeks max.), and available for interview on short notice. The right to work in the UK is required at the time of application, and candidates requiring Visa sponsorship need not apply.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent daily rate of up to £400 per day inside IR35, with hybrid working flexibility.
