We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager, with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously. This role involves overseeing projects from pre-contract to handover, liaising with architects, planners, local authorities, contractors, and various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
• Manage projects from pre-contract to handover, ensuring all stages are completed to the highest standards
• Liaise with architects, planners, local authorities, contractors, and various stakeholders
• Plan and programme projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the construction teams on site
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold incredibly high standards
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process

Requirements:

• Experience working on Residential Apartment Builds
• Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, motivational, and organisational skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools
