Quality Advisor - Civil Engineering

Hays Health & Safety are excited to work with a growing organisation based in Manchester seeking a Quality Advisor to support them in their growth.
As this company continues to grow, promote and develop, they are seeking a professional Quality advisor passionate about the role.
You will have a background in Construction & Utilities and a good knowledge of regulations and working practices within these sectors.
You will work in a large team ensuring the company management systems meet the demands of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and the requirements of NHSS 16 & 30 standards.
In your new role you will:

• Support the site team on Quality matters, passionately promoting Quality practice
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are of a high standard and right 1st time
• Carry out audits to ensure standards of the company, client and ISO 9001:2015 are met
• Review, understand and communicate client requirements to the project teams
• Assist in the development of management systems
• Develop documentation such as quality plans, test plans and inspections.
• Report on KPI's to the Quality & Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate will hold a CSCS card and will have a track record of success in a similar position within the construction/civil sector.

You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 4 Quality qualification and ideally be a practitioner of CQI, with a working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and NHSS 16 & 30.

You will be a fantastic people person, with an ability to get your point across in an engaging and positive manner.
