Building Surveyor

This is a public sector organisation with a range of properties, including schools, heritage buildings and commercial properties. The role would be as part of the minor works team delivering repairs, maintenance and small refurbishment projects.

Your new role
In this role you will be looking after day-to-day repairs and maintenance, minor work and small refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for organising the work to be carried out, delivering pre- and post-inspections of the properties.

What you'll need to succeed
An experienced building surveyor, ideally with experience working within the public sector. In this role you will need good knowledge of building pathology across commercial properties.

What you'll get in return
Competitive rate of £35 - £40 per hour (in scope of IR35), 6-month contract with a potential of extension.
