Your new role
Your new role will require you to record building and construction information of internal and external elements of social housing properties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience of carrying out stock condition surveys, or responsive maintenance surveys on social housing stock.
You will need a HNC or similar qualification ideally, in construction or building surveying.
What you'll get in return
Excellent rates of pay, out of scope of IR35.
