Quantity Surveyor - Food & Beverage / Leisure Sectors

One of the largest dedicated project and commercial management consultancies in the UAE serving the region and beyond have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work across a range of entertainment & hospitality roll outs across the UK and Europe including the likes of Five Guys. Sticks n Sushi, Ole & Steen & many independent cinemas.

You will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Project Management and be able to provide tender documents, budgets and cost report’s.

You will work closely with the managing surveyor, client, contractors and other 3rd party consultants including planning & building control in a fast paced environment within the F&B and Leisure Industry initially.

Ideally you will be confident to run projects from initial phase to completion including holding site meetings and other meetings with 3rd party consultants as required, reporting on meetings to client and managing surveyor.

Knowledge of JCT contracts preferable.

You will be happy to travel across the UK with overnight stays where required and will hold a UK driving license.
