Your new role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, the responsibility includes delivering a variety of projects and providing Professional Services to both new and existing clients. The strategic plan focusses on diversifying the client base and expanding the range of services, with all professional team members playing a crucial role in this process. What you'll need to succeed A forward-thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management, particularly in Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles, is sought. A proven track record of delivering a range of Professional Services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations, is essential. A positive attitude towards work, a commitment to personal development, and a desire to excel as part of a successful and growing practice are crucial. Attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond when required are also important.
