Leading developer / investor has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to cover schemes across the Cayman Islands and Anguilla.

MRICS you will have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years at a senior/management level.

You will have experience managing a team of Quantity Surveyors within a large contractor, real estate developer or professional practice and have experience on large hotel/resort projects and Asset Management projects ranging between $1m to $50m.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, OST and PMWeb.

The role will be primarily based in Grand Cayman, but you must be able to travel and work in Anguilla for extended periods during the year.
