Retrofit Coordinator

Your new company
This is a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy looking to grow their retrofit team in Manchester. They are currently a team of 3 working alongside building surveying, M&E, structures, architecture, project management and quantity surveying.

Your new role
In this role you will have a steady pipeline of work across residential and high rise properties. You will coordinate and oversee the retrofit process from start to finish for sites across the UK. You will be based in Manchester in a beautiful, modern open-plan office with easy access on public transport.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualified and will have a keen interest and experience in retrofit work. If you are looking for a secure role with a steady pipeline of work, please get in contact to discuss this opportunity.
