Job Title: Multi-TradespersonLocation: Various locations in BathWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesperson with a predominant skill in carpentry, who is also proficient in various other trades. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks within residential properties. These tasks typically take under two hours to complete and include, but are not limited to:

• Door adjustments
• Window handle repairs
• Checking for roof leaks
• Basic plumbing
• General home repairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage and complete assigned work orders within the specified time frame.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Use a company-provided device to order materials from our managed stores (training will be provided).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and other trades.
• Ability to perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Own van and tools are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
