Principal Designer & CDM Advisor

Nottingham

This expanding property & construction consultancy offering a wide range of services to the built environment are currently seeking to appoint a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor to deliver CDM Consultancy for their varied clients to support them in delivering their duties – this could be as PD and/or CDMA or wider.

You will be representing the company in a professional and diligent manner (both personally and technically) including meeting, negotiating and corresponding appropriately with clients’ management teams.

You will possess; NEBOSH certification or a recognised equivalent; a professional accreditation from the APS (AaPS, IMaPS), ideally CMaPS; CertIOSH (or TechIOSH - if actively working towards CertIOSH).

Design qualifications desirable.
