Senior Quantity Surveyor – London

Salary £65000 - £75000 approx. but neg for the right person

Independently owned consultancy offering Cost & Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Bespoke Consultancy Services are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of the business as it expands.

You will work closely with varying types and sizes of real estate client, including corporate or private developers, landlords and workplace occupier on a range of project types including new build, fit out and refurbishment. Sectors include workplace, residential, mixed-use and super prime residential.

This is an ambitious business who are passionate about ensuring high standards of delivery.  Their size makes them agile, autonomous and focused, creating a bespoke, client led service offering. They already have a well-established client base they service.

As the business continues to grow you will be well placed to take a leadership role and the future and rewards will be determined by how much you want to achieve.
