Ourclient based in Helensburgh is currently seeking a time served MaintenanceJoiner to join their team. 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri
Your new role
Asa Maintenance Joiner, you will carry out essential maintenance, repairs, andinstallations in occupied and void properties. Your key responsibilities willinclude:

• Performing repairs on doors, windows, floors, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
• Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure homes are safe and up to standard.
• Working collaboratively with other trades and support teams to provide efficient, customer-focused service.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be time-served
• Proven maintenance experience in void and occupied properties
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards related to joinery and construction.
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
