Electrical Contract Manager

Role Overview:
As the Electrical Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of the high-end residential project. You will ensure that all electrical installations are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and successful project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  Lead and manage the electrical contract from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Budget Control:
  Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Team Coordination:
  Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical subcontractors and in-house teams.
• Client Liaison:
  Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Health & Safety:
  Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contract Manager or similar role in high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
