Your new role

My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in refurbishment projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
