Building Surveyor

Your new company
A South Manchester based building consultancy looking for a building surveyor, who is looking for the next step in their career. The team predominantly work on education sector projects which range from £200k roof replacement to £10 million newly built schools and colleges. They are looking to grow their commercial sector offering and as such this is a great opportunity to join at a time of significant growth. Based in a business park, parking here is free and based in a nice, modern office.

Your new role
In this role you will be involved at all stages of the project, from initial survey and inspection through to delivering contract administration, specification and design. You will support in training and developing graduate building surveyors and further team growth.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered building surveyor or on the way to become chartered with confidence to work autonomously and mentor graduate building surveyors.
