Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A South Manchester based consultancy looking for a quantity surveyor who is looking for the next step in their career. The team predominantly work on education sector projects which range from £200k roof replacement to £10 million new built. They are looking to grow their commercial sector offering and as such, this is a great opportunity to join at a time of significant growth. Based in a business park, parking here is free and based in a nice, modern office.

Your new role
In this role you will be involved at all stages of the project, from initial estimates and budgets, through to delivering pre- and post-contract work. You will support in training and developing graduate surveyors and further team growth.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered quantity surveyor or on the way to becoming chartered with confidence to work autonomously and mentor graduate quantity surveyors.
