Building Surveyor

Your new company
An established, national building consultancy with over 70 people across 5 offices in the UK. In Manchester the team is split into building surveyors and quantity surveyors, now ready to grow the building surveying team. The office is based in South Manchester with easy access via public transport or driving in.
This consultancy works across residential, commercial, education and healthcare sector, though with 90% of their work in residential sector they are specialists in this area.

Your new role
This role is for a building surveyor with at least 3-5 years experience in design and contract administration, looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working alongside an established team of building surveyors where you will be able to learn and further progress your career. This consultancy can offer support with your APC and guide you through the process.
On daily basis you will be involved in delivering building surveys, contract administration, dilapidation and specification writing.


What you'll need to succeed
If you are a degree-qualified graduate building surveyor with a few years of experience working with a building consultancy and you're looking for the next step, I'd love to hear from you.You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a UK Driving Licence for this role.

What you'll get in return
In return, coupled with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DoE, you will work in a hybrid working environment with 2 days available to work from home. On offer there is also a bonus scheme, healthcare where you can claim back dental and optician costs, parking in the office and APC support.
