Site Manager (CAT A/B Fit out)

Your new company
You will be working with a reputable fit out contract that specialises in delivering projects around London and the South East, that are typically in the value of £10-£15m worth of work, including delivery of high-end CAT A&B and Cut and Carve projects in the office fit out industry.

Your new role
You will be joining the business as a Site Manager and delivering on projects in Central London, working closely with the Landlord, End users and Sub-contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet the clients demands.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will need to have worked at Project Management level on commercial projects in London, have strong experience with structural and cut&carve projects and be comfortable to deliver as No1 on site. Qualifications required - SMSTS, Black CSCS, NVQ 6 and First Aid at work level 3
