Associate Health & Safety Consultant

Independent, inclusive and people focused property & construction consultancy servicing a blue-chip client base across a range of disciplines is currently seeking an Associate level Health & Safety Consultant in London. 

You will; act as Principal Designer or Principal Designer Advisor on small to large scale projects; act as Client Advisor on Health & Safety matters; advise and instruct clients on project team capability, management arrangements and other relevant procedures; provide health and safety advice, guidance and training across the client base and assist in the completion of PQQ/tendering documents.

You will possess CMIOSH or be working toward Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) with level 6 health and safety qualification (Level 3 if already chartered in design discipline) and have proven experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property industry.

You will have good experience working under the CDM Regulations, carrying out roles such as CDM Coordinator with wide ranging sector experience and working knowledge of large scale/complex projects.
