Repairs Officer/Surveyor-Social Housing

A large housing department has a need for an Experienced Repairs Officer/ Surveyor to work on a temp contract for a 6-month period.
The Role
Providing Supervisory management over a team of Multi Trade operatives, working across Void and occupied properties with day today and responsive
Repairs.
Pre-inspection, prepare reports with works needed Scope and assign works
Manage works on site and post inspection on completion check and sign off
Oversee the team with regards to quality control of work, time keeping, timesheets

Travel will be throughout the East Northants region. This role is mainly office based in Kettering with regular site visits.

About You
You will need to be either a qualified Building Surveyor or have a relevant trade background and experience as a surveyor.
You will be an expert in social housing maintenance and have good IT skills.
Experience of managing trade operatives
