Job descriptionHays are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance person to start work within the next two weeks. Ideally, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across site, predominantly plumbing based. Tasks such as toilet seat replacement or similar.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Performing minor electrical and carpentry repairs, along with plumbing issues.
• Responding promptly to responsive and reactive maintenance requests.
• Collaborating with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure a well-maintained and undisrupted site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a handy-person or in a similar maintenance role.
• Multi-skilled knowledge and experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
