  • Role as a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer in a Northern multidisciplinary SME engineering consultancy who have expanded into Leeds city centre and are looking to repeat their Northwest success in Yorkshire

  • Fantastic support - receive unique one-to-one support from the Structural Director as you take on the Yorkshire market together, growing the team and office along the way
  • Fast track your career - As the first engineer through the door, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain internal recognition and rise through the ranks
  • Hands-on tools - Design lead of all major projects, from conception through to completion, and future in-house design management of your growing team
  • Competitive package - Up to £55,000 for a Senior and up to £60,000 for a Principal pa, annual discretionary bonus, flexible working hours, hybrid working (2 days from home), company pension, sponsorship and support with professional qualifications, 27 days annual leave, quarterly company social events and much more!


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of UK structural consultancy experience
  • Strong design experience across a range of sectors, using Tekla Tedds and other design software
  • A drive to succeed and the ambition to contribute to an expanding office
  • Chartership is not a requirement and will be fully supported with, however, it will help with accessing higher salary band
