Your new role:Job title-Building Fabric JoinerLocation- LoughboroughContract Type-Temp (possibility to go temp-perm)Salary-Grade 4 from £24600 to £28081 per annum. Subject to annual pay awardHours-Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Job Description:An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric joiner to join a well-established company, working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out joinery and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
• Undertake preventative works
• Tasks such as boarding up smashed windows, repairing damaged furniture/ kitchen amendments.

What you'll need to succeed:NVQ level 2 diploma or equivalent in Carpentry / Joinery site work & bench work & equivalent practical experienceEducation to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & EnglishExperience of working in multi-skilled teams
Work in a wide range of maintenance disciplines with a bias in carpentry.
