Children Registered Manager

Your new role
Children's Residential Registered Manager for a home in Epsom.
What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to hit the ground running and instil confidence in the team from day one.
  To be resilient, reliable, and committed to the children in the service.
  A good attendance record is a must, and the flexibility to work over the Christmas/New Year period is also a necessity.
  They will be able to build excellent rapports with the service users and be completely child centered.
  Whilst leading the team with confidence and determination for the home to be a caring, safe space, a good sense of humour would go down a treat!
• All applicants must have a full UK driving licence, access to their own vehicle with an MOT, business insurance and the DVLA check.
• They will also need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and at least 2 years' experience within residential childcare within the last 5 years.
• The pay rate for this is £27.80ph PAYE.
• This is an Interim contract of 6 months until June 2025.
