Your new role
Due to a growing order book, they are now looking for a Site Manager on a scheme in Cambridge, involving the refurbishment of student accommodation.
Key duties include:

• Manage day-to-day operations on site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain high standards of work and quality control.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
